Colorado LGBT Hate Crimes Decrease in 2009

'DENVER - Violence against gays, lesbians and transgender Coloradans decreased in 2009. That's according to the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs, which released its annual report on Tuesday. It compiled hate-based incidents reported to about 15 of its 40 member organizations. Crystal Middlestadt is director of training and education for the Denver-based Colorado Anti-Violence Program'
